Old Business:

a)      Rick Fucci, 180 Lafayette Road, Lafayette Acres, Site Plan Review for Construction of six (6) buildings on existing site; each building 7,500 square feet.

b)      J.M Lord and Shelly Lord, 181 Mill Road, Site Plan Review for Construction of a five (5) lot subdivision.

c)      J.M Lord and Shelly Lord, 181 Mill Road, Scenic Road Review, pursuant to RSA 231:157.

d)      TransAction Associates, Inc., Lafayette Road & Cedar Road, Site Plan Review to remove existing building, construct car wash with required drainage, utilities and septic disposal areas.

e)      AMD Storage, Joe Ghan Realty, Inc., 203 Lafayette Road, Site Plan Review to construct a one (1) story 4,700 square foot storage facility.

f)      Gerard McDermott & Nancy St. Amand, 80-82 South Road, Lot line relocation.

II.     New Business

a)      209 Lafayette Rd., Proposed Change of Use of the Dexter Outlet Store to become a BMW Motorcycle retail store

b)       Dean & Cora Stevens, West Side Post Road, Proposed subdivision of Map 4, Lot 21 into three (3) separate lots.

c)      North Hampton Acura, 137 Lafayette Road, Site Plan Review to have sidewalk area, new canopies on the front and side of show room, additional lighting and reconfigured parking for display vehicles.
